Sending a OneNote page via Outlook

Office 365 / SharePoint Blog

As much as we complain about Microsoft and where it lacks, they have come an extraordinarily long way from where they were just 10 years ago. The integration in the Office Suite is quite fantastic and oftentimes we take it for granted.

Take this little feature for example: EMAIL PAGE

I took notes during our meeting the other day, in OneNote of course, and then I used the EMAIL PAGE function to send those notes to my team mates. I know they have access to the OneNote file, but oftentimes we still love those email follow-ups after a meeting. Using the EMAIL PAGE function allows me to quickly send those follow-up notes without needing to copy and paste the information into an email.

Try it out after your next meeting!

*This tip only works in the desktop version of OneNote
